30-Day Replacement Guarantee

If your Throw Buddy stops working or breaks during normal play in the first 30 days after it's delivered, email support@throwbuddy.com with a short video of the problem and we send you a new one, free. You don't send anything back.

One guarantee covers one launcher. Not covered: chew damage, or a launcher that's lost. If your order is cancelled before it ships, the guarantee is refunded too.
