How it works
Three steps to fetch
Set it down on flat ground and it's ready to go.
Charge it
Plug in the USB-C cable. A full charge takes about 4 hours, and the battery light turns green when it's full.
Pick a distance
Press the button for about 10, 20 or 30 feet. Go short for small or older dogs, far for dogs with energy to burn.
Drop in a ball
One ball at a time. It throws about 5 seconds later, and waits while a person or pet is close in front of it.

The balls are about 2 inches across, which suits small and medium dogs. They're too small for big dogs.
Mini balls only
It takes balls 1.9 to 2 inches across. Regular tennis balls are too big, so use the 6 in the box or any mini tennis balls.
Take breaks
Some dogs don't know when to stop. Give yours a rest every 15 to 20 minutes, and take a ball away if it starts to break apart.

Can I use regular tennis balls?
No. It takes mini balls 1.9 to 2 inches across. It comes with 6, and mini tennis balls are easy to find if you want more.
How far does it throw?
About 10, 20 or 30 feet (3, 6 or 9 meters). One button switches between the three. Wet or dirty balls don't go as far.
Is it safe?
An infrared sensor stops it throwing while a person or pet is within about 6.5 feet in front of it. Keep hands out of the opening, and watch your dog while they play.
How long does the battery last?
About 5 hours of play on a full charge. Charging takes about 4 hours with the USB-C cable in the box. It can't throw while it's charging.
Can I use it indoors?
Yes, in a room with space for the shortest setting, about 10 feet. Outdoors, put it on flat, firm ground.
